YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Development Manager (m/f/d), you will take the lead in designing and executing employee development strategies, including leadership training, career pathing, and succession planning.
- In close collaboration with business leaders, you will assess organizational development needs and implement tailored solutions that support both individual and company-wide growth.
- You will be responsible for overseeing training initiatives across all levels of the organization - from onboarding programs to executive development.
- Using data and analytics, you will evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- You will manage a team of learning and development professionals as well as external partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Together with HR Business Partners, you will align development initiatives with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth will be a key part of your role.
- You will also develop and manage the overall development and training budget.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- You bring at least five years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Learning & Development or Talent Management - ideally gained in an industrial or consulting environment. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and development platforms is a plus.
- Your profile is characterized by strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- You have a proven track record in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- You possess the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent English language skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- A willingness to travel internationally rounds off your profile.
