For a reputable clinic in the Greater Frankfurt Area, we are looking to hire a Senior Physician (m/w/d) for the Psychosomatic Department as soon as possible. In a permanent position, a direct employment relationship will be established between you and our client. Your Profile:
- German-recognized medical license as a physician in Germany
- Completed further training as a specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
- Strong interest in social medicine and willingness to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interest in actively shaping the medical concept
- Empathetic and patient-oriented attitude
Your Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive care of rehabilitative patients, including the assumption of leadership and team coordination tasks
- Supervisory guidance of the team in the preparation of discharge reports
- Prescription of treatment plans, monitoring of therapy, and social medical assessments
- Assumption of leadership and team coordination tasks
- Further development of the integration of inpatient and outpatient services within the department
- Participation in on-call duty and standby services
